General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
New regulations are coming into force on 25 May 2018 regarding Data Protection. Nettleham Gardeners’ Association (NGA) must inform all members about the personal data it holds in relation to you and how it is managed.
The NGA holds details of your name, address, telephone number and email address (in some cases). This information is held securely on a home computer and in paper form by the NGA. These details are used only for the necessary running of the NGA and are not shared for any other purpose with anyone outside the NGA.
Members have the right to examine the data and amend it where incorrect. When your association with the NGA ends, this information will be deleted from the database.
